No RMA is needed and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns Process:

1) Email us at customerservice@hempdepotco.com ASAP to alert us that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 7-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address. (3147 N Century St, Colorado Springs, CO 80907). There is a 5% restocking fee and we will not refund the original shipping cost or convenience fees. Only the value of the unopened product will be refunded.

2) Once you have shipped your product back to us – please also email the tracking number to customerservice@hempdepotco.com so we can keep an eye out for it.

3) Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm its condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. All Aspi products purchased via retail, your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

Aspi will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made on AspiSkin.com and HempDepotCo.com. Aspi will not allow returns from a purchase made in a retail store.

Aspi ships all product USPS priority within 24 hours of ordering which typically arrive within 3 business day days (weekends and holidays excluded).
